When the kids got home from school today they found that the Elves had gotten into our wrapping paper and decided to give each of the kids a “Door Prize”.
It also looked like they had some help from their Reindeer friends. They wrapped each of the kids’ doors with wrapping paper. And they had even put a little Elf figure on the boys’ bedroom door. And if you look closely, you will see the one of the reindeer was doing much “helping” at all. He was face first in the M&M bag!
Not only did they make a mess with all the doors, but they left all the paper and tape and scissors on the floor too! What a surprise this was since we had company coming that night. The kids’ grandparents were coming up to stay with us for a day or two so mom and papa could go out and do some Christmas shopping. Good thing they already know that mom isn’t the best housekeeper…especially when she has little Elves running around her house!
